The Coeur d'Alene Muzzleloaders are a family oriented black powder shooting club, dedicated to the preservation through recreation of the way of life, courage, and determination of the men and women that settled our great nation. In particular to the buckskinners, longhunters, fur traders, and craftsmen of the Pacific Northwest.

We believe in the basic values of honesty, integrity, and patriotism that helped form our country. We do not believe that any man or woman is better or worse than the next. We believe that God, the Great Spirit, put us all here for a reason. We believe in stewardship of the land and resources it has been our great good fortune to behold.

We support, and participate in, Living History presentations and re-enactments of the Fur Trade Era in our country during the 1700's and 1800's. We focus specifically on the lifestyle as it was in the great Pacific Northwest.

We support the goals and activities of the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association (NMLRA), and the National Rifle Association (NRA). We encourage our members to join and support these organizations. Click on a logo below to go to the respective site.
